  • What type of payments do you accept?

    You can securely pay with a Credit Card. Also, for our established customers, we offer additional payment methods, including Cheque, Purchase Order and Bill Me later, pending credit approval.

  • When will I be charged for my order?

    When paying with credit card, a hold may be placed on your account for the total amount of the order. However, you will not be charged until your order has shipped. For first time customers, we may request prepayment to establish credit with Amsterdam Products®.

  • How do I pay my invoice?

    You can easily pay your invoice by logging into your account online and selecting Invoices. Another option is by calling the customer service department and paying it over the phone with them. It can take up to 24 hours for your invoice to show as paid.

  • I cancelled my order, how long does it take for the hold on my credit card to come off?

    Once an order is cancelled, the hold on your credit card will be taken off within 48-72 hours. Depending on the bank, it could take an additional 5 days for the hold to come off completely.

  • How long do I have to claim my account credit?

    If any account credits are not used within one year of the origin of the credit, there will be a nonrefundable service charge applied (where permitted by law). The service charge will be deducted from the amount of the credit. The service charge will be the smaller of $15 per month or the maximum amount permitted by law.
